Warranty

Aquafur gear is built to handle serious whitewater abuse—day in, day out. If it fails because of a defect or craftsmanship issue, we’ve got your back. We’ll repair it, replace it, or refund you—whatever gets you back on the water.

 

If your gear got damaged in some river chaos that’s technically outside the fine print? Reach out anyway. We’ll do what we can to hook you up and keep you paddling. Bonus points if there’s a good story behind it.

Warranty

All Aquafur products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the reasonable life of the item. Commercial use may shorten the reasonable life of the product. Products found to be defective will be repaired, refunded, or replaced at Aquafur’s discretion.

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Issues with materials or workmanship

Warranty Exclusions

 

  • Wear and tear (fading, scuffs, abrasions)

  • Cuts, burns, or accidental damage

  • Misuse, poor care, or sizing issues

  • Latex Gaskets

  • Altered or modified gear

  • Zipper Damage/Separation

What We’ll Do

If covered, we’ll repair, replace, or refund your gear—whatever makes the most sense. If it’s not covered, please reach out and we will still let you know options you may have to receive the best possible experience with our Aquafur gear.​

​

Repairs due to normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or abuse will be made for a reasonable charge. If the product is deemed unrepairable and not covered under warranty, it may be replaced at a discounted price at Aquafur's discretion.

Aquafur specifically disavows any other warranties or liabilities related to the condition, use, or performance of the product beyond the terms outlined here.

How to Start a Claim

 

  • Contact us for any warranty questions to get the process started.

  • We will provide some options after further discussion with you about the problem at hand.

  • Fill out our return form and include information about the claim.

  • The return process will provide information to ship your product back to us

  • Once we receive will discuss your options to Replace, Refund, or Repair.

  • We will evaluate your gear once received and let you know a timeframe if deemed repairable.
